Receptionist was very friendly, recommending places to eat and things to do. Room was clean. The washing machine is free to use. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Location is about 15-20 mins walk from nagano station. And about 10 mins walk to zenkoji temple, you can wake up early and walk to see the early morning prayer that occurs at sunrise. Lots of food options as it is beside gondo shopping street

Noise from the outside was incredible loud, in spite of the multiple layers of windows/panels. However, the a/c worked well, and the bed was sufficiently comfortable.
